Fascinating talk on games and rewards. I’m always fascinated by intrinsic and extrinsic rewards — how they work together and how they cancel each other out. This video doesn’t really address intrinsic/extrinsic reward systems (it really focuses on the extrinsic systems), but it’s worth watching and learning from nonetheless because games do extrinsic rewards really, really well.
