One question has had a profound impact on how I think about learning.

The question is pretty simple:

“Do you have a plan for your personal growth?”

Well… do you?

As an expert, and as an enterpreneur, part of your role is to continually learn and grow.

When you learn and grow, you unlock extraordinary possibility.

Leadership author John Maxwell writes,

If you keep learning and growing every day over the course of many years, you will be astounded by how far it will take you.

I wholeheartedly believe this.

It’s one of the central reasons I started ruzuku:

To help people “astound” themselves with their growth through online learning.

But as wonderful as the possibilities are…

Learning doesn’t just “happen.”

We must be intentional about growth.

What intention are you setting about your own professional learning?

Are you dedicating time, focus, and budget to deepen your knowledge and advance your skills?

There’s a cycle to this…

First, seek out practical solutions to real challenges that affect your work and goals. (An example of a challenge – maybe you’ve worked really hard to build a personal brand and mailing list but you’re struggling to generate revenue.)

Second, take action and apply the proposed technique or solution to your own situation.

Third, look at (and ideally, measure) the results.

Fourth, take on a new challenge or new approach.

Rinse and repeat.

And the sooner you start, the better.

We’ve put together a free course for you…

We invited a group of our favorite experts to contribute ideas that will help you:

1. Become more productive and creative

2. Plan projects with ease

3. Make your business profitable, even with a small list and limited offerings

4. Develop deep, rewarding client relationships

… and much more.

This course is only available through Monday, February 2nd, 2014.

(Thanks to our generous guest contributors, including Jenny Blake, Jen Louden, Charlie Gilkey, Natalie Sisson, Rachna Jain, Stacy Stone, and Sandra Martini).

So now’s your chance to put the learning cycle to work.

Dive in, and find practical solutions to your biggest challenges.

Take action.

Evaluate the results.

Keep learning and growing.

Remember…

If you keep learning and growing every day over the course of many years, you will be astounded by how far it will take you.
